Entry Information:

Pre- Entry is available for FIM and AMA entrant categories and must be received by August 1 st 2004.
Entry at the event is available for the AMA General Entrants and Run Wat-cha Brung entrants only (entrants attempting world records see information below).
A separate entry form and entry fee is required for each individual motorcycle and/or riders.

Each category is governed by the appropriate conditions; see your categories for details.

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that they read all the category condition, in addition to the Conditions of Entry for the event.
Entrants that are not pre- registered must pay gate entry to gain access to the flats ($15). Your gate entry cost will be subtracted from your entry fee when you register.

Motorcycle numbers are distributed on a first served basis. Please check your number availability prior to entering. Pre- Entered participants will receive their number confirmation with their entry passes.

Any minors that are attending the event must have their parents/guardians sign the minor release form. This form is available from BUB and must be filled out prior to the event if the minor's parent(s) or guardian(s) will not be accompanying them to the event. For more details contact BUB.

FIM World Record Attempting Entrants:

Please note the deadline for FIM Entry is Now Closed.

Entry Fee- $300 (pre- entry only)

In order to compete for FIM World Records for the flying mile and flying kilometer, considerable advance preparation is mandated by the FIM. All riders must hold a valid FIM International License issued by the AMA or the home FIM national affiliate of foreign riders. Contact AMA and BUB no later than June 30th to initiate the license and machine documentation process. This event is conducted under the competition rules of the FIM and AMA and Supplementary Regulations approved by the AMA.

Applicants will need to complete the checklist application form and return the signed page to the AMA with their machine information. Sue Mason at the AMA MUST receive this information from entrants by JULY 1st. All documents can be faxed to Sue on (614-856-1921). Please ensure that you include a cover letter and that all applicable photographs of the motorcycle are legible. The originals must be sent in and can follow shortly after with your licencing application documents.

World Record attempting entry fee includes
•  FIM inscription and record certification (by the FIM)
•  Unlimited runs
•  An event entrant t-shirt
•  Two pit crew gate discount passes ($40 entry instead of $60 weekly pass).
•  Eligibility for applicable records and prize money provided all appropriate criteria is fulfilled.

NOTE: World Record attempting entrants are responsible for all appropriate FIM compliance, including licensing (as above), rule compliance and FIM machine documantation.

AMA General Entrants:

Pre Entry - $200. Entry after pre-entry date or at event $300

AMA General Entry fee includes:
•  Unlimited runs
•  An event entrant t-shirt
•  Two pit crew gate discount passes ($40 entry instead of $60 weekly pass).
•  Eligibility for applicable records (National records) and prize money provided all appropriate criteria is fulfilled.

Run Wat-cha Brung Entrants:

Entry at the event only: $100

Run-Wat-cha Brung entry includes:
•  A ‘Run Wat-cha Brung' entrant t-shirt
•  One pass down the salt flats
•  Official timing slip.

NOTE: Entry fee does not include gate entry fee.
