Rules and Conditions of Entry:
All regulations are to establish minimum acceptable requirements for events and are set out to provide a guideline for conduct and technical specifications.
These Supplemental Regulations are an appendix to the appropriate FIM and AMA Sports rules governing all activities under their sanction.
All entrants seeking to establish FIM World Records are governed by the appropriate FIM regulations as well as these Supplemental Regulations.
All entrants seeking to establish AMA National Records, as well as those taking part in the “Run Wat-cha Brung” portion of the event, are governed by the appropriate AMA regulations.
FIM Regulations:
All FIM entrants can access the appropriate FIM regulation from the FIM website www.fim.ch The rules governernng this include ‘World Records' and the ‘Road Racing International Meetings Appendicies' All FIM entrants must also comply with the AMA regulations, unless directly condridicted by the FIM regulation for their class/ attempt.
NOTE: Any additional documents refered to in any of these FIM downloads can be found on the FIM website listed above. You will need to view all of these documents and it is the entrants responsibility to read all the documents that are applicable to the attempt in addition to any documents provided here.

Conditions of Entry:
You have voluntarily entered an AMA sanctioned competition event. An AMA sanction indicates that this event is listed in the Association's official calendar and that the AMA rules for competition may be used as a guideline. It does not indicate that the track has been inspected or approved by the Association, nor does it indicate that the officials have been trained or accredited by the Association, nor does it indicate that your safety has been assured by any AMA authority or the organizer.
Motorsports are inherently dangerous. You should take part in this competition based on your own assessment of your abilities. If you have not personally inspected the course, we urge you to do so. You have been provided an opportunity to practice under non-competitive conditions. If you have not practiced, we urge you to contact the referee (officials) at this time. You are responsible for the quality and condition of your motorcycle and protective apparel.
The organizer does not provide medical insurance coverage. We urge you not to compete in motorsports without adequate personal medical insurance coverage. If you have any doubts at this time about your personal abilities to participate in this event, if you do not have adequately prepared yourself and your equipment , or if you believe personal insurance coverage are not adequate to compensate you for any loss that might occur, we urge you to notify the organizer who will immediately refund your entry fee.
Spectators witnessing these events thereby assume all risks for any injury or damages resulting therefrom.
It is the entrant/ owner/ participant/ spectator's responsibility to read and understand the conditions of entry. The AMA, FIM, event promoters, event officials, sponsors and affiliates will not be held responsible for any consequence that results from persons not reading and understand the conditions of entry.
All entrants (riders) MUST be current AMA/ ATVA members. Sign up online is available at www.AMADirectlink.com or by phoning 1-800-AMA-JOIN. Membership will be available at the event, however we recommend you sign up before the event if time permits.
All Riders must have a current driver's license at the time of the event from their home state or nation. All riders must complete a medical form that is available from BUB, or can be completed at the event when operator levels are issued.
All entrants and riders will be asked to provide photo ID and their proof of AMA membership when they check- in or register at the event.
General entry fee (less $50 processing fee) will be refunded in the event of cancellation by BUB Racing Inc. due to adverse weather or course conditions prior to September 6 th 2004.
Participants are not official entered until the entry form and entry fee has been received by BUB Racing and processed.
Rider insurance is the responsibility of the rider/ entrant. The AMA has a number of insurance options available in their ‘ARMOR' packages. Contact the AMA for more details.
All riders are required to attend a riders meeting prior to any speed attempts at this event.
All persons entering the event, including spectators, agree to respect the salt surface and will make every effort to protect this resource. Trash is to be carried out with persons when they exit, or be disposed of in the dumpsters provided.
All persons entering the event, including spectators, are required to sign a liability waiver form before being admitted (available at the entry gate).
By submitting an entry form entrants/ riders/ owners agree to all entry requirements and conditions.
Acknowledgement of the conditions set forth within this document, , owners/ participants/ riders/ spectators, acknowledge the assumption of all risks for any injury or damages resulting from attendance.
Should any of these conditions be violated, event promoters and officials may eject the violator from the event for any or all of the remaining days of the event.
The event promoters and officials reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons.
If you do not agree to any of the above condition please contact the event promoters and have your application/ Entry form withdrawn, and entry fees refunded before any participation in the event.
