Registration Information

FIM (World Records) Entry

Entry Fee:  $400

In order to compete for FIM World Records for the flying mile and flying kilometer, considerable advance preparation is mandated by the FIM. All riders must hold a valid FIM International License issued by the AMA or the home FIM national affiliate of foreign riders. Contact AMA now to initiate the license and machine documentation process. This entry is conducted under the competition rules of the FIM.
Paperwork is due to the FIM 60 days prior to the date of the event.  The AMA will have to have your packages ready to fax to the FIM no later that July 7th, which means that they MUST receive your paperwork in NO LATER than JUNE 15th 2005.

In addition to the FIM Information that you must submit to the AMA, you are required to complete your Event Entry Form and submit your entry fees prior to August 1st, 2005. PLEASE NOTE: If you're entering for an FIM Record, and you are an AMA member you will be eligable for both FIM Records and AMA National Records in the same run at no additional cost. You will be required to complete AMA Technical Inspection in addition to the FIM Requirements.

AMA (National Records) Entry	Pre-Entry Fee:  $300 (a saving of $50 off entry and up to $30 off gate pases)
	Entry fee after August 1st, or at the event $350

AMA Entry fee includeds unlimited runs, event entrant T-shirt, three pit crew passes (pre-entered only), are eligible for National Records, prize money and awards provided all criteria are fulfilled. 'Run Wat-cha Brung' Entry

Entry Fee:  $100

Entry fee includes a 'Run Wat-cha Brung' entrant T-shirt, two passes down the Salt Flats track, and your official timing slip. Pre-register by August 1st and receive a gate pass (for a savings of $30 for the week).

Additional Class

Fee:  $150

Motorcycle numbers will be assigned and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check number availability prior to entering. If the number that is requested is taken, you will be required to choose another or have a number assigned. Numbers can be up to 4 digits long (e.g. 1234). It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the available means to change or mark numbers on the motorcycle if required.

Entry at the event is available only for the AMA and ‘Run Wat-cha Brung’ entrants.

A separate entry form and fee is required for each individual motorcycle and/or rider.

Any minors that are attending the event must have their parent/guardian sign the Minor Release Form at the gate. If the minor’s parent/guardian will not be accompanying them to the event, the supervising adult must have a notarized Consent Letter authorizing them to sign on behalf of the parent/guardian. All riders must have a current drivers license at the time of the event from the state/country in which they reside. All riders are required to complete a Medical Form that is available from BUB Racing Inc. or can be completed at the event.

All entrants MUST be current AMA/ATVA members (International entrants excluded, call for details). Sign up online: www.AMADirectlink.com, by phone 1-800-AMA-JOIN or at the event prior to registration.

All entrants will be asked to provide photo ID and proof of AMA membership at registration.

Entrants agree to read all additional entry conditions and rules that are available, and it is their own responsibility to know and understand these rules. BUB Racing Inc., event sponsors and officials will not be held responsible if entrants fail to do so.

Land Speed Racing is a dangerous activity and you enter this event with that knowledge. BUB Racing Inc., FIM, AMA, BLM, their sponsors and affiliates will not be liable for any action in which you volunteer that may put you at risk.

Entry fee (less $50 processing fee) will be refunded in the event of cancellation by BUB Racing Inc. due to adverse weather or course conditions prior to September 5th, 2005.
