All riders are required to complete a rider medical form. Your form will be kept confidential and is only used by the ambulance or fire crew in the event of a medical emergency. You may submit you medical form with you entry form for quicker processing at the event. This form is fillable form in Adobe reader however it can not be emailed. You will be required to fill it out and fax or mail to BUB as it requires signatures.

All professional crew, and persons photographing/filming the event for any reason other than personal home use are required to register and complete the Still Photo and Video Agreement. BUB Racing Inc owns the rights to all photography and filming at the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials. Some photography filming is subject to a fee per BLM regulations and written permission must be granted for the use of any photos/footage.
