Over the weekend at the AMA annual Racing Championship Dinner BUB Racing was the recepient of the AMA Track Racing Promoter of the Year award. We would especially like to thank the AMA, and specifically Ken Saillant, all of the volunteers, racers, pit crews and spectators that contribute to the success of the the event. Last, but not least, we want to thank our sponsors- your contribution and support of our meet makes much of it possible and we look forward to wrking together for 2010 and a bigger and better event!
Congratulations also to all those racers that where there to accept their National Record recognition, and to Erin Hunter who was nominated for the Female racer of the year. Congratulations Chris Carr who accepted his National and World Record for the BUB Seven Streamliner and 'Fastest man on the Salt' award- acheived during the Cook Landspeed Shootout in September 09.

On December 4th 2009 all AMA National Award winners that attend the annaul AMA Racing Championship Banquet will be presented with their National Record Certificate. Always a fun filled evening, we highly recomend you receiving your award alongside with AMA's finest in other racing disciplines. The AMA also has a special discounted block of rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino just for you. Get more details on the AMA's webiste (click here) and buy your tickets online. You can even catch the AMA's Hall of Fame induction the following night. We'll see you there!

A Note about our mailing list......

March 25th 2009: We are still having issues with the mailing list for Comcast, Juno, Earthlink, NetZero, Qwest, Cox and rr ISP's. THis is not an issue with he email addresses but something that the servers that communicate with each other. AT&T (our service provided) is currently trying to resolve the issue- so we apologize if this is inconvenient to those that may be effected and we hope to have it resolved shortly. Until then, please check in with the website for the latest information.

If you DID NOT receive our email sent on the March 4th 2009 titled 'BUB Speed Trials 2009 Website Updates' please read the following:- your email address has either been filtered or deleted from our email system. We have been receiving some returned emails. After checking for corrections, your email may have still been kicked back to us. Some of the common errors we receive are:
'over quota' - often occurs for hotmail, yahoo or msn accounts
'filtered for spam' - occurs fequently with comcast customers

Please ensure that we have your correct email address, that you have enough room to preiodically receive our emails and have added the email address salt-info@bubspeedtrials.com to your spam filter. When we recieve a returned email address, we may delete the address from our mailing list to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information on file. If you have an old email address that you not longer use- or are changing emails, please let us know BOTH email address so that we may replace your information. Thanks for your help.
